Check Cards

The MasterCard® logo on your Check Card allows you to do much more than just obtain cash and perform other banking functions at ATM machines. You can also make purchases at any of the millions of merchants worldwide who accept MasterCard®. Purchase amounts, just like ATM cash withdrawals, are automatically deducted from your checking account, and they show on your statement so you can easily track your spending. Plus, you can get cash back on your purchase if you press the "Debit" key at the checkout of many stores. A small convenience that can be a big help when you need extra cash.

Lost or Stolen Check Cards

Notify your branch location by phone or by visiting any branch office or by calling the GreenBank Customer Service Center at 1-800-639-5111.
By notifying the bank in the event that your Check Card is lost or stolen, the bank can Hot Card the Check Card so that no one can use it.
You will need to reorder a new Check Card once the old one has been flagged as a Hot Card.
File a police report to document the theft.
You can also report a lost or stolen Check Card after banking hours. Call 1-866-546-8273.

If you forget or lose your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Go by any one of our branch locations and request a new PIN for your Check Card.
A new PIN will be mailed to you.
For your protection, this request cannot be made by telephone.
